Warranty
The warranty period is 12 months from the date you receive.
We only replace new cell for free due to the failure of manufacturing.
Before the shipment, we will detect the cell voltage/resistance/appearance and other issues. we can only ensure that single cell is good before the shipment.
When arrival you can test the cells within 1 week, if you found problems please contact us for refund or replace. Any return behavior buyers need to be responsible for shipping fee.
Note
1. For easy assemble, we will weld the M6 studs on the cell, each battery will send 1 pcs copper busbar and 2 nuts. If you have other requirement of the screw size, please contact us.
2. Before we ship the batteries, we will match the cell's capacity, voltage, resistance. Make sure each cell is good.
3. When you receive the batteries and want to assemble them, please make sure the cell's volatge is the same. And match the right BMS.
4. The battery is suitable for DIY lovers with experience.
