*Battery consistency is that after a unified model of battery cells are composed of a battery pack, there are differences in its voltage, capacity, decline rate, internal resistance and its discharge rate, cycle life, self-discharge rate and other parameters.
*Battery sorting method (I) Capacity sorting method
Test the charge and discharge capacity of the battery at the same charge and discharge rate of 1C.
Charge battery to 4.2V at a constant current of 1C, then charge at a constant voltage of 4.2V until the current is less than 0.05C, SOC100%, and rest for 1h. Discharge at a constant current of 1C to the cut-off voltage of 2.75V, SOC 0%.
Select battery cells with charge discharge capacity difference less than 3% for sorting. Remove batteries with unqualified capacity.
Different batteries have different parameters such as charging cut-off voltage, and the method is for reference only.
